Organoleptic Characteristics and Harmonization
The Kessler Zink winery, located in Rheinhessen, the largest German wine region, has a 30-year tradition and has been the focus of the family for three generations. The founder was Ingo Stutz, a wine enthusiast who always thought “outside the box”. It is no wonder that in a short time, the winery has become a modern and innovative company, producing quality wines to serve not only the domestic market, but also the global market. This is a Pinot Noir varietal with unique characteristics and a very youthful style. When served, it has a beautiful garnet red color with violet tones. The aromas are fragrant and attractive, with red and black fruits such as blackberries, cherries and strawberries. On the palate, it is light, elegant and dry, the ideal wine to sip while preparing food. It is a relaxed, well-made and very tasty Pinot that has just the right amount of acidity and discreet astringency from the fine tannins. It has an elegant and persistent finish. Pairing: This is a good wine to accompany soft cheeses such as goat cheese and Brie. It is a great ally for dishes with vegetables, mushrooms and light meats, especially pork. Try it with pizzas, dried mushroom risotto and pastas with various sauces. Enjoy at 17°C, in smooth, crystal-clear Burgundy-style glasses, those with a large, rounded bowl. The wine is ready to drink, but can be enjoyed at its peak until the end of 2025.
