Sangiovese wine from natural vinification, with wild yeasts, without oenological corrections and unfiltered. Light red, in the claret style as it has not been pressed, resulting in a color that is somewhere between rosé and red. Aroma of red fruits with earthy notes and spices.
Without aging in wood, with great acidity and persistence in the mouth.
Ideal to accompany pizza, pasta dishes, sauces and even sushi.
