Antawara Reserva Syrah

Created in 2006 by winemaker Jaime Munoz, the Antawara winery is a reference in the international market. The winery was developed using ecological and sustainable criteria, which include the use of gravity to move the wines, low-consumption generators to save energy and a system of heat insulation and external radiation that allows for the reduction of gas emissions. These practices allow Antawara to produce high-quality and expressive wines, without harming the environment and with all the typical characteristics of the grape varieties. This reserve is another great gift for wine lovers. Made with 100% Syrah from vineyards located in the Maule Valley, the largest and one of the oldest wine regions in Chile. Its analysis begins as soon as the bottle is presented, as the embossed symbol, highlighted on the label, provides a beautiful distinction. It is a label of presence. It was aged for 8 months in American oak barrels and rested in the cellars before being sold. In terms of color, it is dazzling with its ruby ​​hue, with violet hints, clear, lively and bright. The aromatic bouquet is composed of fresh and ripe black fruits (currants, blueberries, cassis), spicy spices (black pepper), cocoa and exuberant nuances of violet. In the mouth, it is luxurious, perfectly aligned, revealing good body, fine and polished tannins, it is juicy, with notes of sweet spices, such as vanilla and cinnamon, and also, curious floral notes. Its soft tannins are enveloped in the fruit and wood, revealing great acidity and a long finish with smoky nuances. Pairing: This is a wine that calls for food and goes perfectly with spiced pasta and grilled meats. Try it with sirloin steak, sirloin, pork ribs and grilled picanha. Enjoy at 18°C ​​in smooth, crystal-clear and large glasses. The sample is ready for consumption, but can still be tasted at its peak until the end of 2024.
