Organoleptic Characteristics and Harmonization
Antawara was founded in 2006 by two partners with a lot of experience in the international wine market. It is no surprise that the winery is among the 20 largest exporters in Chile and aims to reach the tenth place. Antawara Chardonnay is a relaxed varietal produced with the best berries from the unique terroir of the Maipo Valley. It is versatile and a good companion for all occasions. The style that all Brazilians like, it is fruity, fresh and very tasty. It is clear, bright and has a beautiful straw yellow color with golden hues. The nose is intense and offers delicious notes of tropical fruits, especially yellow ones such as peach, pineapple and melon. The nose also contains flowers and sweet hints of honey. The palate has a good structure, is refreshing and has good acidity that, when mixed with citrus fruits such as orange, is well balanced. It has a tasty and inviting finish. Pairing: Since it is a Chardonnay, you can play around with the pairing. Be creative and put together a summer salad with fruits, nuts and cheeses; it will be simply divine. Also try it with white meats and pastas. Enjoy at 10°C in smooth, crystal-clear, medium-sized glasses. The wine is ready to drink, but can be enjoyed at its peak until the end of 2023.
