Antawara Cabernet Sauvignon
Antawara Cabernet Sauvignon
Organoleptic Characteristics and Harmonization
This beautiful example is yet another excellent varietal produced by Antawara and showcases all the characteristics of its terroir. The winery is located in the Maipo Valley and is a benchmark when it comes to quality. The structure has cutting-edge technology, but what really makes the difference is the love and experience with which the employees handle the grapes, which, when well managed in the cellars, transform the drink into a powerful wine. In addition to the excellent equipment that guarantees superior quality wines, the harvest is done manually by the workers who believe that with each finished wine, a new child is born. Antawara Cabernet Sauvignon stands out from other Chilean wines we find around here, as it is incredibly silky and smooth. It has a beautiful ruby color, quite bright and clear. The nose is marked by red and black fruits, subtle notes of herbs and vanilla. In the mouth, it has a medium body, with delicious flavors of fruits, such as blackberry, blueberry and plum, refined texture and great acidity. It is quite gastronomic. It has a tasty and persistent finish. Pairing: Due to its good structure and tannins, it will be perfect with fatty meats such as pork and lamb, as well as dishes with mushrooms. Also try it with pastas and risottos. Enjoy at 18°C in smooth, crystal-clear, large glasses. The wine is ready to drink, but can be enjoyed at its peak until the end of 2024.
