Young, bold and authentic. The AnimAliens collection features young, unoaked wines with a fresh and persistent character. These are bright wines that express the lively and abundant nature of the land of Moldova. Each label features an image of an animal from Moldovan folklore and local legends. Colorful symbols represent wine bouquets, traditional Moldovan carpet patterns and honor historical beliefs and events. The beautiful white has a wheat color with vibrant aromas of lime blossom and lemon blossom. A very original blend of the native Viorica and Feteasca Alba, with a fresh taste of pear, lemon and blackcurrant. The label reveals Hoopoe, a bird also found in Ion Creangă’s Childhood Memories, is a morning animal, whose purpose is to wake people up on time so that they can complete all their household chores. Pairing: river fish, shellfish and goat cheese. It went very well with a 4-cheese risotto and will go well with pizzas with vegetables and legumes. We recommend enjoying it at a temperature of 10°C in smooth, crystal-clear, medium-sized Bordeaux glasses. The wine is ready to drink, but can be consumed, while still at its peak, until the end of 2024.
